Public Notices Feb 27, 2017 Council Meeting

Notice is given that Council will hear representations from the public at the Regular meeting on Monday, February 27, 2017 at 7:00pm in Council Chambers at 501 - 3rd Avenue, Fernie, BC regarding the following applications:

Development Variance Permit No. 401  for 1251 - 2nd Avenue to vary the minimum front yard setback as set out in Zoning Bylaw No. 1750 from 7.5m to 5.8m along a portion of the east property line.

Development Variance Permit No. 402 for 2 Piedmont Drive to vary the minimum front yard setback as set out in Zoning Bylaw No. 1750 from 6.0m to 4.5m along a portion of the north-west property line.
