Notice is hereby given that Public Hearings will be held on Monday, January 8, 2018 at 7:00PM in Council Chambers at Fernie City Hall, located at 501 – 3rd Avenue, Fernie BC so that Council may hear representations from persons who believe their interest in property is affected by proposed amendments to Zoning Bylaw No. 1750:
1) Bylaw 2330, Zoning Bylaw No. 1750, Amendment No. 192, 2017.
2) Bylaw 2333, Zoning Bylaw No. 1750, Amendment No. 193, 2017
3) Bylaw 2334, Zoning Bylaw 1750, Amendment No. 194, 2017

Any written submissions received after 4:00PM, Monday, January 8, 2018 will not be accepted. No representation will be received by Council after the conclusion of the Public Hearing. All submissions must include your name and civic address. All submissions are public information pursuant to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
