Council for the City of Fernie will consider the following  development variance permit applications and Zoning Bylaw amendment at the Regular Meeting on Monday, April 25, 2016 at 7:00pm in Council Chambers, 501 - 3rd Avenue, Fernie, BC:

Development Variance Permit Application No. 381 for property located at 10 Piedmont Drive to vary the provisions of Zoning Bylaw No. 1750 for the siting of a building or structure on a bareland strata lot.

Development Variance Permit Application No. 383 for property located at 18 Cedar Bowl Drive to vary the provisions of Zoning Bylaw No. 1750 for the screening and fencing maximum height from 2.0m to 3.0m.

Bylaw No. 2292, cited as Zoning Bylaw No. 1750, Amendment Bylaw No. 179, 2016 for property located at 722A & 722B - 2nd Avenue.  The applicant is proposing to rezone the subject property from C1 Retail Commercial to R2 Duplex Residential.
