Council for the City of Fernie will consider a development variance permit application to vary the maximum parcel coverage provisions of Zoning Bylaw No. 1750 to legalize an existing 6.198m x 2.79m second storey sundeck for property located at 1301A - 9th Avenue.  An informal hearing will be held at the Regular Meeting on Monday, May 9, 2016 at 7:00pm in Council Chambers, 501 - 3rd Avenue, Fernie, BC.
