Development Variance Permit Application:  71 Ridgemont Lane (DVPA-377)
Purpose:  To vary the front and side yard setbacks and projections to facilitate the construction of a sundeck with retaining wall & steps and to legalize the siting of the dwelling.

Zoning Bylaw Amendment Application:  Text amendment to C-HWY Highway Commercial Zoned Properties in the City of Fernie (Bylaw No. 2302)

Purpose:  The text amendment would allow the sale and display of up to three modular and manufactured homes or combination thereof within Highway Commercial zoned properties.
