Amendment to Business Licencing & Regulation Bylaw No. 2028

Notice is given that Council will consider adoption of an amendment to Business Licencing and Regulation Bylaw No. 2028 that proposes to revise the Term of a Business Licence to a calendar year Janury through December at the Regular Council meeting to be held on TUESDAY, March 29, 2016 in Council Chambers, 501 - 3rd Avenue, Fernie, BC.
Any persons who consider themselves affected by Business Licencing and Regulation Bylaw No. 2028, Amendment No. 3, Bylaw No. 2290, 2016 will be given the opportunity to make representations to Council prior to its adoption. Council will consider adoption of the bylaw at the Regular meeting to be held at 7:00pm on TUESDAY, March 29, 2016. Anyone wishing to provide comments to Council but unavailable to attend the meeting are encouraged to submit their comments in writing by any of the following methods:

The deadline for written submissions is 5:00PM on TUESDAY, March 29, 2016. All submissions must include your name and street address. All written submissions are public information pursuant to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
