Notice of Development Variance Permit Application

Notice is given that Council for the City of Fernie will consider Development Variance Permit Application No. 373 for property located at 38 Ridgemont Drive on Monday, July 13, 2015 at 7:00pm  in Council Chambers, 501 - 3rd Avenue, Fernie, BC.

The purpose of Development Variance Permit No. 373 is to vary minimum side yard setback requirements of Zoning Bylaw No. 1750 to facilitate the construction of a 7.32 m x 7.32m accessory building. The deadline for written submissions is 4:00pm on Monday, July 13, 2015.
