Moratorium on R1SL Subdivisions & Rezonings

Please take notice that at the October 14, 2014 regular meeting, Council placed a moratorium on the City of Fernie accepting any new subdivision or zoning amendments for R1SL- Single Family Residential Small Lot properties effective October 15, 2014.
