Hazardous Waste Round Up

The RDEK is offering a Hazardous Waste Collection on Saturday, May 28, 2016 from 10:00am to 2:00pm at the Sparwood Fire Hall, 479 Pine Avenue, Sparwood.
Fernie residents are invited to take part! Bring your flammable, poisonous and corrosive substances to the collection and get rid of them safely! In addition to household hazardous waste, ElectroRecycle will be on site to collect small appliances incuding kitchen countertops, personal care, floor cleaning, weight measurement, garment care, exercise machines, small power tools and more.
