The Casual Arena employee reports to the Parks and Facilities Manager. Principle responsibilities include the taking of admission fees and/or tickets during public skating sessions; to ensure that the skating sessions are operated in a safe and enjoyable manner; and to assist with coverage in the arena during weekends and events. Employees hired for duties at the arena may work in other operations of the city, as required.
